Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

This Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through Pyzit, including our SaaS applications and services offered via subdomains. We provide digital products and services, which are typically delivered instantly upon successful payment.

1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • You were unable to access or use the service due to a verified technical issue
  • A duplicate or accidental payment was made

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if the service has been substantially used, consumed, or abused.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • Partial usage or consumption of digital credits, API usage, or services

3. Subscriptions

If your purchase includes a subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund of previous charges.

4. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

If you do not receive access to your purchased service after payment, please contact us within 48 hours at support@pyzit.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital services, returns and exchanges are not applicable.

6. Compliance

We aim to comply with applicable consumer protection laws and payment provider requirements, including those of Paddle.
